First sunny day of spring! I love these messy ponds with grass coming out of the water and wood floating all over the place.
It is very impressive to see that despite a very large field the cows lie down side by side.

“Le Saut de la Bourrique” is a waterfall in the Vosges mountains located in the town of Gérardmer.
The legend attached to the name of this waterfall comes from a donkey that belonged to a lord. Returning from the crusades, the lord was attacked by bandits, to protect him the animal threw itself on them at the foot of the waterfall where it perished with the disbelievers.

A beautiful lake located not far from Gérardmer in the Vosges mountains , very calm and surrounded by nature.
On the west side of the lake you can find a small chapel dedicated to Saint Florent, already there in the middle of the 15th century, rebuilt in 1449, fallen into ruin and then rebuilt under the name of Saint-Laurent des Graviers in 1727. Before the build of the chapel, there was an oratory dedicated to Saint Barthélemy.
